Your dog will have the opportunity to express themselves in a safe and controlled environment. At one point all dogs had a job, in modern times our dogs do not go to work every morning. We find what your dog desires to do based on its breed and introducing new games to meet your dogs drives.
A structured menu of daily activities — fetch, scent games, tug, flirt pole play and more — matched to your dog's drives, with recovery down time in between. Group free-for-all doggy day cares are stressful for many dogs, when there are highly desired items around this can cause conflict and fights. At Species K9 our doggy day care is set up to prevent conflicts and keep the dogs engaged. That's why we run structured events and one-on-one sessions designed for your individual dog's drives — with structured events, chews bones, lick mats, sniff mats, walks, along with the 4DogsInMotion training checklist.
Between sessions, dogs get down time to recover, geared toward calm mental stimulation instead of nonstop physical activity. The doggy day care day is focused on your dogs health, physical strength and mental stimulation.
A look at structured day care, training and enrichment — straight from our facility. Our Doggy Daycare is set up to be an enrichment event for your dog not just a free for all. Your dog will build confidence, strength and have its drives met throughout the day.
